i used to take an average of 4 to 5 meals a day till these few months when i decided to stop
eating supper in order to trim my waistline (ie. if i have any).
1. breakfast – only once in a while since i usually have early lunch at around noon.
2. lunch + coffee – half a bowl of brown porridge with meat and vegetable followed by
coffee with small snacks

3. tea breaks – this looks more like the main meal of my day
4. dinner – 1/3 bowl of brown rice with meat and vegetable, sometimes with fruits
5. supper – apple, if i get really hungry... used to be biscuits, instant noodle, chips...
whatever that is available in the kitchen. Scary, isn’t it?
