A few pictures to round up work hard, play hard september.
In order to watch my diet, i have started using myfitnesspal, an iphone app, to record my
calories intake. Although it does seems that i eat all day, but surprisingly my daily usual
intake is only slightly over the recommended 1200 cal. At least now i know that if i don’t
exercise that day, i shouldn’t be eating high calories food like burger or instant noodle.
Let’s see if i can managed to loose some weight by end of year :)
